Dreamer's Den was born from a conviction forged in uniform: that Bangladesh's defense forces deserved access to world-class technologies - delivered reliably, compliantly, and with the operational understanding that only comes from having served.
Our founder, Major Hasan Iqbal Mahmud (Retd.), gave 25 years to the Bangladesh Army. He served as DAA&QMG of an Artillery Brigade, developing deep expertise in logistics and operational planning. He led Sales & Procurement as Deputy General Manager at Sena Kalyan Sangstha, overseeing the Elephant Brand and Sena Cement. He commanded operational responsibilities as Operations Officer at Forces Headquarters in Sierra Leone. Through every role, he carried the same discipline, accountability, and commitment to excellence that define Dreamer's Den today.
Upon his voluntary retirement in 2020, he established Dreamer's Den in Dhaka in 2021 - not as a trading house, but as a defense solutions platform built on integrity, relationships, and results. Within a short span, the company earned the trust of some of Bangladesh's most demanding defense institutions, including the Central Mechanical Transport Depot (CMTD), Bangladesh Machine Tools Factory (BMTF), Army Aviation Group, Central Ordnance Depot (COD), Naval Store Sub Depot (NSSD), Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB), and Rapid Action Battalion (RAB).
The numbers tell the story. In a single financial year, Dreamer's Den participated in more than 150 tenders and delivered 2,182 spare parts across 239 categories - supporting platforms including the MAXXPRO MRAP, Otokar Cobra I & II, BTR-80 APC, TATA HEXA XT, BELL and Mi-171SH helicopters, and Diamond and CASA aircraft.
As Bangladesh launched its Forces Goal 2030 military modernization program, the demand for a capable, locally rooted partner with genuine international reach became clear. In 2025, Dreamer's Den expanded into Türkiye, establishing Dreamer's Den Savunma Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. in Istanbul - at the center of one of the world's most active defense industries. This Turkish entity enables direct sourcing from manufacturers, ensuring quality at the origin, full regulatory compliance, and faster delivery timelines.
